Privacy Policy

Inspired CVs are a member of The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals. We can assure you that your personal information, together with all documents that have been personally tailored to you by us, will be protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will collect from you, either in person, over the phone or via email, only the information we need to complete your Inspired CV and/or additional services. This information will include details of your work and education history and your personal contact information.

Clients CVs and other documents compiled by Inspired CVs will be held on our protected systems for the client’s benefit only, so you may access them again if you need to.

We do not outsource any of our work outside Inspired CVs and so your information will never viewed by an external party during the completion of your Inspired CV package.

Please note that client’s financial information is never stored under any circumstances by Inspired CVs.

Delivery Policy

Hard copies of the finished product will be presented to you at your follow up consultation. Along with this, the finished product will also be emailed to you in a compatible MS Word version, and as a PDF document. Alternatively, hard copies can be sent via Royal Mail at no extra charge if this is your preference. Timescale for completion will be agreed at the initial consultation. The service will be completed as soon as possible and the time frame is agreed at the start of the transactions.

Cancellation Policy

At the initial consultation a price for your individually tailored and personalised package will be discussed and agreed. A deposit must be paid before our consultants can begin any work on your CV and/or other services. The deposit will be agreed also at the initial consultation, typically ranging between 20-30% of the total balance. The outstanding balance is paid on completion. The deposit is non-refundable.
